Leadership is often both a well-earned privilege and a huge responsibility. We want nothing more than to see our program graduates excel in every aspect of their leadership and our innovative real-world curriculum gives them the proven tools to do just that.

Leadership Development University online and virtual hybrid programs are grounded in Appreciative Inquiry, a technique for gaining a deeper understanding of the world around us. The learning experience supports a positive way to embrace organizational and professional change. The focus is future-oriented with an appreciation of the learners’ current state.

Each program includes:

  • Online, asynchronistic courses inviting students to participate in the weekly learning activities any time day or night.

  • Weekly live virtual Q&A sessions bringing learning content to life with continued discussion and real-life examples of how the course content is applied at work. The Q&A sessions are recorded just in case someone misses one.

  • One private virtual leadership coaching session for each participant, ensuring competency development at a granular level in the day-to-day work.

  • Participants’ Supervisor/Manager Coaching Guide. We know that the support of our learners is a key factor for success, which is why we’ve developed a Coaching Guide for the program participants’ Supervisors/Managers. The Coaching Guide is filled with specific talking points for the participants’ Supervisors/Managers to discuss weekly progress and applicability with the learner.

  • Certificate at completion of program.

Program facilitation is done by industry experts to give you actionable, real-life leadership best practices for building necessary leadership competencies.

I had to send  you a message to tell you how much I enjoyed yesterday’s session on Communication. It was a great presentation and Dr. Church was a wonderful facilitator. I would rank this session in the top five of all the ones I’ve ever done. Great activities and involvement of the participants, which I know can be a challenge when you’re doing these sessions virtually. Kudos to Dr. Church for a fantastic job! Thanks again for offering these sessions. I am very appreciative.
